She had seven wonderful grandchildren Stephen Demsky, Joseph, Emily, and Sammie Probus, Christina and Thomas Wilson, and Connor Demsky and two great-granddaughters, Ridley and Ellorie Demsky. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband of 61 years and four loving children Jacquie and husband, John Wilson Michael and wife, Tracey Debbie and husband, Mark Probus and Tim and wife, Megan. She and her family have lived in Jackson, NJ Wells, VT Plano, TX, and Hot Springs Village where she and Jack retired in 1997. Married John Demsky (1960) at Holy Cross RC Church, Rumson. She had been employed at Bendix, Eatontown US Army R&D Laboratory, Fort Monmouth Bell Laboratories, Holmdel Lockheed, Plainfield, and retired from Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX as an Executive Assistant in 1996 after 18 years. She graduated from Red Bank Catholic HS and attended Red Bank Business Institute where she interned at The Red Bank Register. The family moved to Rumson where Pat spent her youth. She was born Main Hoboken, to Stephen and Ruth (McGrath) Cooke. From start to finish he was perfect.Hot Springs Village - Patricia Ruth Cooke Demsky, 82, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas passed away into the arms of Morpheus on October 4, 2021.
